Return Policy
Returns and exchanges of outdoor accessories and non-custom pillows, tablecloths, runners, placemats and napkins are allowed within 30 days of receipt.
Items should arrive at Erin G Design in perfect, sellable condition.
Erin G Design cannot refund the initial shipping charges or the price of the return or exchange shipping.
Custom orders are returnable within 30 days of receipt due to manufacturing malfunctions such as a broken zipper, loose seam, etc. Items will either be repaired or replaced. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact us via phone or e-mail to let us know of any manufacturing malfunctions prior to returning the item.
